Ticket 7024: Cancel orders

I have sent you an email and a ticket to cancel my orders, but I am writing here as well to ensure this gets picked up. I would be grateful if you can process these as a matter of priority.
A bit of feedback:
Over past few days I have tried to contact you both via the online form and via email to amend my orders with no reply. Perhaps I am just impatient but I generally expect replies to such queries to be done within 24h max. I have decided to go with Virpil instead as they have replied to my queries within an hour and I was able to actually talk to them over the phone to help me make the right choice.
