After Christmas i saved up some money and bought a gladiator hotas. I bought the hotas the 27th of December and waited, however i just kept waiting and didn’t recive a single message of any kind about shipping.
About a week ago i checked if the address was right and it was. I also checked my mailbox and not a single thing from vkb.
I created a ticket about my order after i checked my mailbox and they answered really quick and i was impressed, however after they answered my ticket and i got a response it turned silent. I have created 2 more tickets after that and not a single message from vkb.
I also got a mail when i bought the hotas where they asked if my address was right, because they could not get it shipped to the address that i gave them, however we figured it out after some time. Although we “figured it out” i think it might have something to do with my address, however that doesnt tell me why i have to wait 2 months with no refund or response from the team…

According to the tracking the parcel has arrived at destination, but no one picked it up so it was returned to the local warehouse.
