Product defective ->No customer service

Hello,

on December 2nd, 2021 received the following product GUNFIGHTER MK.III 'MODERN COMBAT EDITION' ULTIMATE.
After a usage time of about 4 weeks, I opened a ticket on January 2nd, 2022 #6642 that the joystick hacks when moving. A few days later I lost the connection between the stick and the base because the spring-loaded contact pins are stiff.

I wanted to exchange the product, but they do not respond to my request.
After about 4 weeks, I was sent spare parts cams and bearings + cables, which I exchanged after 4 weeks as a customer and buyer of a premium product.
The cable that was sent to me did not come with a plug. If I remove the old connector from the cable, the new cable will not fit into the old connector.

I've had the product for about 8 weeks now, 4 of which have been defective.
Since the communication with the support is very slow, I am now turning to the forum to make the case visible to everyone.

I am asking VKB again to exchange my product.
