due to an wrong / doubled birthdaypresent order, I wish to cancel that order, which is named in named in ticket #6611

I apologize for any extra work and hope a cancellation is still possible.

Hi, not here please. Open a service ticket with the vendor, on their website.

No problem at all; here it would work too, but slower than having a service ticket active, that's all.

If its possible, i would ask you to delete this thread, infact there was an missunderstanding/lack in communication with my brother and I dont need a cancellation anymore.
I didnt found an option for me, maybe im blind aswell.

I closed the service ticket aswell on the vendor-homepage.
This should be enough, shouldnt it?
