Hi,
2 days ago, I've bought the F-14+MK III base bundle on your european store, I've immediatly done the direct bank payment and I've wrote in the reason "ORDER NUMBER ....." as you requested. You should have recived the money yesterday/today morning, but the order status still "on hold" even though you recived correctly the requested amount. Why? I've also opened a ticket for support but i've noticed from other posts that is not looked to much. So i'm trying also in the forum. Let me know if you need something (like bank recipt or others) to update the status and get the product.
