Hi i buy a controler with base few month ago, no truble but now when i use x rotation axis that disconect my controler i try to cleen with alchool and replug it many time like i see in few post but nothing work i think the problem is the grip i had truble only on rotation axis.

You mean RotZ axis? Twist?

Yes RotZ when i rotate in 60 to 80% this lost connections with controler or turn light in red and white

You need a new cable, the one with the board with the 3 pins on the bottom of the grip. Please let the vendor know.

The cable link to potentiometer ? And i ask a New one in support?

After few hour playing with no twist new thing coming and is worst i send a Ticket to suport
No light anymore on yaw and picth but still recognize by software




And a left grip juste apear after i reconect the base

Post 2 pictures please, first with the 3 pads on the base stem and second with the 3 pins board inside the bottom of the grip. Try to get the pads and pins in focus.

No button work anymore but i can use yaw and pitch thats all

I can't tell much from the pictures, too blurry. Put the grip back on the base, start tightening the fastener, but before it's all tightened up press on the grip to make good contact with the base; keep pressing while tightening the fastener completely.

No change when i puch on before tighening to the end

I open the grip for see where is the problem vecause if is not the cable ans something else i dont want wait 6 month for playing

And it seam the cable in grip with 3 pin is the cause the red cable is not connect anyware and no cable connect on + in board



I think that's broken little by little over time but i buy this base and grip only few month ago

Yep, that's the part that they will have to send you to replace. Link the updated info to your ticket.
You could also try to resolder the red wire yourself if you're handy, so you could use the stick until the new cable arrives.
