Hello,

The "FEATURED GUNFIGHTER MK.III ‘MODERN COMBAT EDITION’ ULTIMATE" with base that I have bought few months ago is faulty:

* Joystick reboots itself every 10 - 20 mins
* Twist access gets stuck in max position every 20 mins or so

I have opened a support ticket 25 days ago, we have gone through all possible troubleshooting steps.

The Support stopped replying 5 days ago.

Please provide resolution to the ticket.

thanks for your cooperation. we believe that the most probably the issue lays in the twist module. The module is prepared for shipment. The tracking link will follow (via the ticket).

Sorry for delay. Thursday and Friday were quite busy so we replied to your ticket only on weekend.
