Hi. 18 days ago I reported a damaged hat switch in the new VKB Ultimate joystick. After the initial contact with the support, silence for 16 days. Nothing, nada. Can someone finally take care of this matter? How long I have to wait?

I am writing here because no one answered me on the support page.

What kind of mail did you send your hat switch because it hasn't arrived so far? If by courier, please provide the number of the consignment note, because without it I will not be able to monitor the parcel and thus I will miss the courier's visit.
