my SEM flap lever overshoots the max / min point ...! any suggestions??

if I set the handle to "0", the full throttle comes one millimeter later .... in the full throttle position, the "0" comes a millimeter later
when I switch the lever from "switch" to "axis" in the settings
or does the clutch with the 2 dents still have to be installed in analog mode?
