as stated in the ticket, I have ordered a Gladiator NXT, paid for it and got a confirmation from the vendor (Przelewy24) that you got the money, however I haven't gotten any information from you, neither is the order showing up in my account order tab. Could someone please investigate what is going on with my order?

The number / title is P24-T14-Z16-M79 PAYPAL VKB FSC EUROPE.

As you didn't get a confirmation from our store and also I do not see your email in the list of orders, that means that PayPal is not able to handle your transaction properly. It simply did not reach us and therefore we can't do anything with it. It happened earlier with another Polish customer.

But no worries, PayPal will refund the failed transaction back to your account within 24 hours. Then you could use different mean to pay via PayPal (credit card ?) or use direct bank transfer instead.

I will complain to PayPal and hope they will resolve the issue with Przelewy24 online payment system.
