Shipping information?

Hello,

I ordered 2 sticks 10 days ago, I got the order confirmation with the "Thanks for shopping with us. Your order has been shipped. The tracking information is provided in a separate email." 7 days ago, but I have still not received any shipping information and now I see in the store that one of the sticks is out of stock.

Is it possible to get an update on the order? Is it shipped or out of stock?

Order #20445, I send ticket asking for information some days ago but no reply (#6083)

Interesting development!

The good news, I recieve the sticks.

The weird news, I never got the message to pick them up. Someone else in my building got it (on text message) and was able to go to post office and pick it up. Very weird, of course not VKB fault, my name and number was on the package, post office must have messed up.

Thanks for update and sorry for the mess, but as you said, it's was on the courier; the sender usually gets the same data on a shipped parcel like the receiver.
Have fun with them now :)
