Ticket #6100

Hi there,

Last Friday I ordered the new GNX THQ, but I forgot to add a controller.
I Immediately after cancelled the order and made a new correct order.

But the order is still being processed, and my ticket #6100 has apparently not bean seen, and I am worried that I am going to pay for, and receive 2 units?

I hope you can sort this out ASAP.

Hi Christian,

I see that the ticket has been processed yesterday and your order is sorted.

GNX modules are not yet in stock. We are awaiting for HQ to clear the first batch for us and ship it to our warehouse in the Netherlands. If all goes well, we expect to start dispatching GNX modules mid next week.
