Hello guys! i have a problem with my Gladiator NXT a3 hat button.I am not sure if i did it in a proper place.Asking gently for feedback, and solution,

Standard or Premium Glad? Tried to reset it by clicking the Default button? If yes and still not working please post a screenshot with your Profile/Buttons/Physical Layer.

I tried to reflash the device, set it to default, recalibrate too. It has problem with left direction only.I am currently at work, i will provide a screenshot when i am back home.It is a premium stick right.

This the promised screenshot.Testing buttons- failed, left direction of A3 HAT not present.

I am going to open the grip, and see if one of the pads is unsoldered.I doubt it tho, but worth trying.Awaiting for further instructions.
I love this stick, please help me.

So how many buttons are not responding? I only see one 8th worked. Where are the others?How many red squares light up when you move the HAT completely in the Profile-Buttons?

How can i show you something that isn't working? You can see 3 button pressed on pictures, LEFT DIRECTION isn't shown becouse it is not working.
I have already written what is wrong and how many buttons are working.

Once again, A3 5-directional button on a Gladiator NXT (right), left direction, suddenly stopped working.
It is not present in a test, in the game and not anywhere else.

LEFT Button 23 Sometimes working but along with button nr. 8- it has to be pressed strong

It is probably unsoldered pad, or USB cable becouse from time to time joystick disconnects itself when i touch the cable.

Edit.2 Pads are ok, i change the cable for a new one.The same situation.

They are physically present in the software.But when i press left direction it shows also down.You can see this in a clip.Yesterday it wasn't working at all, no output from left direction button.I am super confused atm.

Well, all the buttons for you work at the physical level. The layout on the logical layer got lost (or so configured) - show the screenshot of the Profile-Buttons- Logical layer. It can be fixed in two clicks, but we need to analyze it in more detail.

Everything seems to be correct, but I ask you to make a video from the Test tab with the Log checkbox activated. And test starting from the top position and continue clockwise. Finally, press the center HAT button.
