Hi there,
I have recently purchased a joystick to be sent to jersey, and have had no update since the 4th of October, Eduard contacted me on Monday and I have sent 3 emails and opened two tickets since and have had no reply even though there has been reply’s on this forum.
The joystick is a considerable amount of money and my partner works in customs and does not see any reference to it being or coming into the island.
Can someone please inform me with a course of action to take.
