I tried to do a support ticket but not sure if it went through or not as I got no email or confirmation.
I got an email this morning form UPS that my package is delayed.
The reason given
UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance

No worries. I checked the tracking info and see that it moves further. All needed papers are always uploaded to UPS system when we create a label.
It might be some hiccups in internal UPS system which caused that. I saw similar issues in DHL. Usually the delay is cleared itself in a day or two.
