Hello,

I have recently raised a support ticket for my NXT premium and I also uploaded a video to demonstrate the problem I am having when I move the stick to the right and it snaps quickly back to centre as opposed to the smooth motion when I move the stick to the left. I would be grateful if someone can confirm the video did upload correctly in the support ticket and to advise on what to do next? Many thanks.

Hello Seatbose80,

Thanks for the video. It is very handy. The ticket is now responded. Actually, due to strong damping effect, the grip might slight difference when it is moved in different directions. it is not ideal when the grip moves without load but it is not affecting accuracy and precision of gimbal when it is being operated by hand.
