Hi guys, 24 hours and no reply or acknowledgement of my ticket #5837
As stated in the ticket, UPS (UK) has mis-delivered/lost my MCG Ultimate order.
I await your reply to resolve the situation ASAP please.

Hi Gordon, sorry about the issue. The local rep is already in contact with UPS, as soon as he'll have more info he'll get back at you.

Can a member of support please respond to my open ticket regarding the UPS mis-delivery of my order.
It's now been 10 days since UPS misdelivered/lost my MCG Ultimate order and 5 days since Eduard last replied to my ticket.
If I don't receive a comprehensive response within the next 24 hours detailing what VKB are doing to rectify the situation I will initiate retrieving my money via Paypal/credit card provider.

Hi GordonH,
We constantly work with your issue. It has been escalated to UPS on Friday to our account manager. Today we received the answer that investigation is started. We immediately re-shiped a new item to you. We do not reply over weekend to the tickets so I wouldn't count 5 days since my last answer.
