Order "On Hold"

Dear employee VKB FSC Europe,
Yesterday I've placed and payed for an Gladiator NXT Premium. The money has been transfered, however the order itself is still "On Hold". I've tried to contact an employee via the ticket system, but havent heard anything yet. Could you please explain to me what this status means/do you have any indication on when this order will be processed? Order number: 19757
