Order #19104/Ticket #5620
Hi, I'm just looking for an update on this ticket/order, to see when it might be processed/sent out?
I ordered on July 25th, and I've (greatefully!) received a partial refund as I only required the PCB without the metal base section - I noticed that there was a holiday for a while, and noted the restocking notice so I held back from pushing for updates/information, but it seems some people on the UK Deliveries thread have had their orders processed/sent/received in the meantime so wanted to chase this up.
Any update would be great, even if it's a "wait a few days/weeks" etc, a timeframe would be good to know.

Sorry for some delay. We have got long-awaiting shipments which travelled to us several month due to covid outbreak in Yantin. This week we are still overloaded but getting back to normal schedule and on Monday all awaiting order should be processed and shipped.

Hi Eduard - any updates on this order? I haven't seen any movement on the order on the site nor the shipping label (which still shows only "label created" since 11/8/21).

Yep, it is ready to be picked up by a courier. Tomorrow it will start moving. Sorry it took some extra time to get all needed components

Hi Eduard,
The package has now been with UPS in Stanford Le Hope for two weeks - would it be possible to chase them to try and find out what's happening and what the likely delivery date might be?
Have you had any communication from UPS regarding this order?

The tracking number just updated to say that that package is now in ITALY... having been hanging around in Stanford Le Hope for two weeks.
Can you please chase this up, this is somewhat farcical.
I know this isn't your fault, but you may want to consider using a different delivery company, and definitely chase for a refund on shipping.

Can you please chase UPS on this, I've yet to get an update from them or yourselves about what's actually happening.
Looks like it's back from it's brief holiday in Italy now, but still no closer to knowing what's going on or when I'm likely to receive it.
It's going on three weeks in Stanford le Hope now - I know there's this global pandemic going on but UPS seem to have ground to a complete halt - while other delivery companies seem to be coping fine...

As per my update on the ticket, UPS have now advised that they requested the invoice information two days ago - was this invoice information not provided in the package when it was originally sent?
I'm also trying to get information as to why it took two and a half weeks to request this invoice, but UPS are being typically unhelpful, only giving me an apology. Maybe you can get further information from your UPS account manager, but to be honest I'm losing faith in the entire chain by now.
Can you PLEASE reply to UPS with the invoice information to get this moving forward?

The invoice is electronically uploaded as usual (and it is not possible to create a parcel label without it). So it is all should be there. I am awaiting for confirmation from UPS but from my experience most likely the parcel is lost. It rarely happens with UPS though. We will prepare the replacement for you.
