Since the tickets remain unanswered after almost 2 weeks and constant updates from my side. Whats the status of these two tickets?

5510 is a GNX base returned for repair.
5577 is a MCG pro + gunfighter returned for a refund within the 14 days upon receipt.

Sorry for some delay with my answer. The tickets are replied. The replacement part is to be shipped tomorrow. Returned item is inspected and refunded.
