New Throttle with Rails

Any update on when the new linear throttle with rails will be available to pre order?
I thought it was going to be released this year.
Holding off on getting a new throttle for this, it looks exactly like what I envisioned perfect throttle to be, basically a high quality version of the CH Pro throttle. If it is still in design remember the other thing that makes the CH Pro throttle so good is the analog stick right underneath the thumb. This is a must to compete with CH.
