Gladiator NXT - Plug came off Grip

Hi just bought from a friend. Followed the online video and when pulling the grip wire through with tool the little white plug has come off - exposing the red yellow black wire
I can see the correct wires from the video and popped them back in the plug but I cannot for the life of me get the little white cap back on the top of the plug.

Is it possible to purchase a new wire to connect grip to base again or?

Do wires go in the plug then cap goes over the top.
Or do you put the cap on the plug and push the wires in second ?

Any help is appreciated!

As I said on Reddit, best thing is to fill up a service ticket with your vendor. Or at least post some detailed and proper focused pictures so we could see what’s in there.
