You also need screenshots of the Profile-Axes configurator tabs (logical and physical after calibration) and a screenshot of the Y axis from the JoyTester application at maximum grip deflections.

There is a certain procedure they have to stick to. Questions they ask are for a reason, not just because they are being unnecessarily meticulous.

Hi,
Please find attached the requested screenshots. I hope this will show you the issue that I am having with the Y-axis. I too also want this case resolved and closed quickly and hopefully this further information can speed things along. I was only asking a question as I was told that a new base would be shipped out to me, so I just wanted some clarification on that. Please let me know whether this will now happen.
