Hi VKB,

Can I please get a replacement for my Gunfighter Mk III? It came to me broken and I have yet to hear from your support in over 24 hours. I can't use the sticks that I spent $900 on. :evil:

EU agent has confirmed receiving the ticket; the part will be shipped shortly.

Thanks for the update! May I ask how long will it take before the replacement will be shipped? It's been four days without any news on the PCB's status :(

The replacement PCB was sent last Friday. If the tracking link is not shared via the ticket yet, it will be shared shortly.
