Ticket #3505 open for 7 months
Hello! My ticket #3505 has been open for 7 months with no solution. The first technical response, which is also the last response, was 5 months ago with advice with no effect. I totally respect the challenges with running a business in a global pandemic, but I believe it's time to settle this now. Thanks!

Hi. UPS received package information on 3 Nov and accordingly created a label. Though, there’s no package for UPS to collect. Please look into this. We’re beyond the 12 month mark now.
