Ticket #4216

Hi,

This ticket date is 4 months old and there is no answer from anyone to solve my problem.
That is really sad....and warranty is still valid by the way but will expire soon and i hope there will be extended warranty for this period of waiting.

Another month is finished and ticket is still standing...i can not believe this is happening.
