Hi Eduard,

I know the ticket has only been opened yesterday but it's quite urgent - I can't use the controller at all without a grip tightener, so can you give an ETA as to when I could get a grip tightener replacement?

The replacement fastener was shipped on Friday. It should arrive within a week or so.
