I need urgent help with ticket #4955

Yesterday I ordered by mistake the Gladiator NXT for the left hand instead of the right hand and I've been trying everything to get in touch with you guys to change the order or cancel it so I can order the right one without any luck, I really hope this works because I don't want to receive the wrong stick and have to send it back.

Thanks for your order ! It has been changed for right-handed variant. We aim to ship it by the end of the week as the shipping from HQ is delayed for few days due to public hoidays in China.

Hi Icedstar, I ordered the same day as you it seems, has your joytick shipped yet? Mine is still in processing
