Ticket #4900

Hi VKB Europe team,

I made this ticket because my package was sent back to you because it was labeled wrong.
It is now 6 days without a respond. I know errors can happen but it would be nice if i would be informed what will happen now.
the package is back in your office in the Netherlands since 2 days....
Will it be send again with the right label or not? Will i get my money back or not?

To be honest, i start to get a bit angry.

Hello Zenaris,

Sorry for the delay with my answer. Actually, I thought I have replied to the ticket but apparently not and it was stay open. We re-ship the parcel. I hope it will arrive next week safely to you.
