I cant really now how long does it take to reply to a ticket.
Can anyone check at vkb eu my issue mentioned in #4922 ticket.
Its kind of time sensitive for me.

Hi Csabesz,

We have ordered needed spare part from HQ. It should arrive next week but due to May holidays the parcel might be delayed a bit. Then it will be shipped to you.

The ticket is updated :)
