Ticket #4888

Hello VKB,

I would like to bump my ticket #4888 and give you a small, friendly nudge :D
It's been longer than a week since I opened the ticket related to a cable problem.

I do want to thank VKB and VKB FSC Europe for having a great customer service (experience from my last 2 tickets)!

I am in the same boat. Have opened a ticket nearly 6 days ago on a delivery that was sent back to the netherlands because of a labeling error :(

Pretty frustrating.

Yeah, I understand why you are frustrated.

Should not worry too much about it though. From my past experience with VKB they do bend their backs when you get a hold of them, though it does seem they are taking longer than usual to reply.
Keep in mind that FSC Europe is run by a very small team and that the 27th was a National holiday. I think the response will take a while now though, since Labour Day is just around the corner.
A bit of patience never hurts though

Thanks for the advise,

Patience isnt my best skill if that much money is involved, but i try.
I have no problem with waiting but a problem when you dont know what is happening because you dont get any information about the status.
