I've been trying to get in contact with you for a while now.
Over a month ago i placed my first ticket as relatively young stick broke,
i can tell the stuff you make is quality but my sticks showed a few weaknesses.
My friend Snakeater told me to how good you service is sending replacement parts free off charge and trust the customer with the right to repair something i really admire as most companies try to lock everything down.
However i can't use my sticks now as i simply do not get a response from you guys, i gave it some time to post on the forums as i knew your team head an holiday during CNY and i expected customer service would be over flowing.
it's over 2 weeks now you guys are back to work so i hope somebody can respond to me soon, even if it is with an explanation of what is going on right now.
