Support Ticket #4435

Hi Guys,
I'm waiting for a reply on this ticket where I provided all the info a week ago.
since then all went silent. I sent pings in the last few days but no reply whatsoever.
I'm still without the quick fire trigger and I'd like to have it working sooner than later.
