Can't update my tickets on the europe website

Hello,
I have currently 2 tickets open
#4435 Quick fire trigger stiffened and almost impossible to click
#4137 [Gunfighter MK3]Rubber section on the palm rest lost its glue and moved

I was trying to get into the #4137 to close it but every time I click either on reply or the ticket number the page just refreshes and I'm presented with the same screen.
I also need to add more info to #4435 as now the trigger just does not work anymore.

I have replied to the ticket. You can also reply via email, it will update the ticket automatically.
