Just got the mail of shipping in progress. Estimated delivery is wednesday for Slovakia. And on the website, the order is still processing.

I do not want to be impatient or impolite but my order still have status "on hold" which i suppose is even not confirmed (one step to "in progress")
I made ticked (because I do not know reason of this situation) but till now it is "open" (without answer)
Yes, I know that there is lot of work but they should take orders as they were placed.
I do not want generate another ticket or new topic here, I just want to know that my order is confirmed and then I can wait.

The "on hold" is probably related to the payment method you selected. I don't know that "Revolut bank transfer" thing at all but maybe it would have been faster/safer to use Paypal. VKB people will not send you something if they do not have the money on their account for real. As someone said already in this thread, it is not because a bank pretends that a money transfer is immediate that it will be really immediate from receiver point of view. But let's see what will be the answer to your ticket.
They surely process the orders in sequence, but if they do not have the money for yours, of course it would be postponed...

There was no option pay by card, only paypall or direct bank transfer (which I chosed)

So that's why it is on hold. You just have to wait for them to recieve the funds since it is a bank transfer. They will recieve the funds most likely in 3 days from them being sent (probably monday). Your stick is reserved and they are just waiting for the money so they can send it to you.
