Hi, i've opened a ticket a month ago for a missing part in my NXT Gladiator (a non-slip pad).

Have you repair parts in stock or have you an idea of the time it could take before i receive it ?

Sorry for delay. We have prepared the non-slip pads for you. It will be picked up by a courier tomorrow.
