Hello there.
I want to ask if this has happened to anyone else here. My order is stuck at a sorting center in Germany and it has not updated since January 27. Is this normal?

Check out this thread, in short definitely a possibility, might be worth contacting DHL as they may require some additional info before they can get your parcel through customs.

For your destination DHL uses local partners to deliver, therefore it could be some lack of tracking information or it is updated with delay. It should arrive soon. Nowadays many remote destinations are getting delays in delivery. Sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks Eduard, I did not want to clutter the forums with more of these threads but I hate it when shipping companies do not update the tracking information. I was worried because the item never checked out from Germany, so I figured it was stuck there.

I got an update today that my parcel will be delivered on March 16th. A moderator can close this thread now since I don't know how to do it.
