VKB Shipping to UK
VKB my pacakge has been stuck in Eindhoven for over a week now, customs are requesting information form you please sort it out if you are shipping to the UK you must send them consumer invoice etc.

Mine is the same it's been there for a week and everyday it updates the dilivery date, joke UPS worst shipping company in the world could of drove to Eindhoven quicker to collect it

Mine is stuck and bouncing back and forth, they told me it'd be delivered Tuesday, then Friday, now it's changed again. I received a parcel from France via UPS without any issues so this is getting annoying now, starting to regret my purchase.

I've been having the same problem, a day before scheduled delivery it keeps getting rescheduled to a later date, is this just a Brexit issue or is there something else going on?

Bouncing back and forward between the UK and NL here as well. UPS haven't asked me for a fee or any information, so I assume it's not a lack of info on my end that's causing the problem.
Use the UPS phone app to track the package, as it shows all the extra information by default. Just using the basic tracking on UPS website doesn't display most of the info. Or you can use UPS Flex global view and enter the tracking info there to see something like this, which is what my pedals are currently doing:

My experience is exactly the same, looks to have been posted around 20 minutes later than yours, but my tracking doesn’t show UK yet, just Eindhoven NL and the delivery date constantly changes.
Is there anyone at VKB who reads these forums who can shed some light on this, I’m sure you have an account manager with UPS who can provide you with better information than what your customers (we) can get?
Just some idea of how long this is going to take is better than nothing, because at the moment I have no idea if it’s going to be a day, a week, another month??

I realise that this isn’t the fault of VKB but other carriers don’t seem to be having these issues (from what I’ve read through various other sources it’s just UPS). I’d even pay for shipping again if you contacted UPS and got my order back from them and sent it via another carrier.
I think if you want to keep your UK customers, it might be time to pick a more reliable shipping company.

So I supplied invoice and paid fees. Parcel has now been sat at Stanford le Hope for 3 days with “Brexit related issues”. (Delivery says today though)
UPS are unable to tell me what the issue is nor where the package actually is, implying it was probably on route to the depot (but without any evidence). It is clear that UPS don’t have any real added ability to track more than we as consumers can access in the tracking website.

How did they ask you for invoice ups have not even contacted me yet and it says dilivery on the 1st

Eduard hasn't responded to emails either. If things are going to take time it should say, VKB said 3-4 day delivery, UPS keep emailing to say it'll be delivered tomorrow.

I can assure you that these issues are noticed by VKB and changes would be made in the future if the shipping process doesn't improve. Unfortunately there's nothing to be done while parcel is being shipped to destination.

That's all good and well, unfortunately for me I work overseas and required mine before next Thursday as I'm flying to the middle east so it looks like I'll be withought my hotas. whole reason for buying this product was to enable me to fly with it overseas instead of dragging my heavy warthog all over the world.
And since I am deployed for 3 months at a time this is a shame.

Would it be possible to get the EU rep to post in here and give us a update I appreciate this is a unprecedented time, but I think it's UPS dragging Thier heels.
