VKB Shipping to UK

I have just received the Gladiator NXT Premium that I ordered following the restock . Ordered on the 26th August. The price I paid at the checkout was about £ 151 with delivery. No further charges on delivery.
Delivery was to UK Nottingham.

No customs clearance or VAT for UPS?

No import duty as such for joysticks etc.
You have to pay Government charges (which I take to be VAT and brokerage charges to UPS.

For example Gunfighter Mk.III ‘Modern Combat Edition’ Ultimate I have to pay £91.25 on top of purchase price of £400.
Thats one expensive joystick.

Feel late to the party but just to confirm:

- so there's definitely VAT to pay on top of the price from here (looking logged in hasn't helped me puzzle this out) - UPS report VAT as 0 but "government charges" as around 20% which is super unclear
- there absolutely shouldn't be import fees
- UPS will try to stiff us on brokerage fees (already doing this to me, it's not legal to demand money without prior consent)

I should have noticed it was UPS. I genuinely wouldn't have bought the items if I'd known they were delivering and sourced something closer. I was excited to get the VKB sticks, but I'm rapidly losing it.
