Order #13007

Dear

Ordered the VKB NXT on december 30 but after order confirmation status remains “processing”. The website informs me that it can take up to 3 days and I guess with new years day in between it can take couple of days longer. But in the meantime we are close to 2 weeks further without any information, also no response on my ticket #3908 asking about the same.

Any reasons why it is so difficult to update customers on their orders. i can imagine not updating customer causes a lot more work in the end

Hello Michel,

I think I have answered the ticket already. We communicated the reason on the product page and in the site news (and even on this forum) but I agree we should make it more noticeable. In short, your order will be shipped this week. We expect NXT to arrive very soon and will start shipping immediately.

Package arrived :-)
Put together and did a brief testflight. One word: AMAZING!!!

I have to admit, my previous stick is a seventeenth century Saitek AV8R so not fair to compare. Nevertheless, this is a very different world. Very happy :-D
