Sorry to hijack this thread, but I have the same problem with the same dealer (Ticket #3720) since the 21st of december.

Please be patient, the guys from VKB really answer every ticket. The time in the Corona crisis is also not easy for the employees of VKB. I understand your impatience and yes it's a long time from December 23rd but your ticket doesn't go down. I hope your problem will be solved.

I understand the global situations, and I am being patient, but its seems that if you don`t complaint you don`t get nothing done. My ticket was answered in a couple of days when I opened, ( a faulty hat switch), where I was asked to open the joystick and send photos and videos. I sent the footage and I am waiting for an answer. Since then no answer, what I am suppose to do? What I dont get is that they continue to sell joystick, but to the actual customer, that we have problems with, there is no answer. Thats not good practice in my opinion.

as I said I understand your problem and your dissatisfaction. I think Eduard von VKB is the only one responsible for Europe and really tries to communicate everything. What you can still do is to contact the VKB Master "UIV" so that your request will be treated with priority.

Hi,
They sent me a new grip, and this one works ok. It does not have the malfuctioning that the other had.
Although, it does the same strange noise, I hope that it works in the future.
I have sent the other grip to them.
