Hello, i think, it is the Right time to say thank you to Eduard and those who try their very best to solve problems. I global Players like invidia, amd, thrustmaster and others have Problems, People paying overpriced products now, we should have a " thank you " for those, who make efforts to satisfy orders and complaints. have a Wonderful Season time, stay healthy and enjoy life.

I add myself to the list and wish tireless Eduard and the entire VKB team happy Christmas and new year 202,1 with less RMA and more sales.

I know there is room for improvement. Especially when we strechted out in November and December or when another long-awaiting-batch-of-brand-new-product arrives it is difficult to maintain the same level of support. But we try to sell with minimal margin to keep cost lower and make the products affordable. I hope next year we could successfully extend our EU team and improve overall support.

I'd like to join this thread with my observation 
I've been gaming for roughly 30 years now. Purchasing my own stuff for about 20. Never have I encountered a manufacturer/vendor like VKB. The transparency, engaging with the community, the will to address issues and persist in helping (all sorts of) customers... Of course, there is a sporadic dissatisfied customer, but hey, you can't please everybody unfortunately. I'm trying to help in the forums/reddit with my limited knowledge and every now and then when I read a response from the guys, I just go "WOW".
And to think that had my X56 order not failed, I would have missed out on being a VKB products owner... Yes, sometimes I think I gave too much money for toys since I'm not that hard-core of a pilot, but when I look at and use them it all goes away
Anyway, enough fanboy rambling.... All the best to VKB crew on both sides of the credit card in future endeavours!

Thank you all at VKB Europe, I know that when stocks looks like they've done for so long, and lots of customers are complaining, going to work isn't always fun. Being in the other end of customers reclamations can be a seriosly stressful job.
Thank you for sticking with us, and doing what you can with the means possible. Remember to take care of yourselves and leave the work issues at the worksite when you go home.
I'm really enjoying the Gladiator NXT premium. Without comparison the best flight stick I've ever held in my hands, other than sitting in a real fighter jet.
