Hello,

I recently put an order for a standard Gladiator NXT because the premium was out of stock. However, I'd really prefer the premium. When is it expected to be restocked? alternatively, Is it possible to separately buy an upgrade kit from standard -> premium?

I think they get a shipment every two weeks, and considering the premium went out of stock a couple days ago it would probably be around two weeks

Next delivery will be in 1,5-2 weeks
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can write to your seller, he will be able to cancel the standard and order a premium

The containership is cruizing to Rotterdam port and should arrive for unboarding in a week or so. We plan to start selling NXT around Dec, 27 to let people from the UK to buy it using the old before-brexit rules. Then the items shipped on the first week of January will not need to pass Custom clearance. But it depends on the date of arrival of vessel.

Did the latest delivery go on sale on the 27th? I didn't get a notification if they did so I am hoping I didn't miss them. The last time they were in stock the notification came through to my email at 1:30 in the morning and by the time I woke up and read the email the premium left stick had sold out.

I have the same concerns.

The premium right edition is already sold out. When is the next shipment?
Is there another way i can purchase this product? This is the third time in a row where it sells out within 4 hours of release.

I think the website must have been really busy when the email with the stock notification came out as it was really slow when I managed to get mine. It took me several attempts to get it to go through. I think you have to try to jump in as soon as the email comes through. It was great that it came out during the day this time and not in the middle of the night.

NXT is already in the port of Rotterdam but not yet fully processed by Custom office. It was a delay of few days actually so the expected day of arrival is Tuesday next week (Jan 12)
Than we start dispatching NXT.

Hi folks who are looking for a next opportunity to buy NXT Premium.

Next week we expect the second containerhsip to arrive. The holiday season is over so I don't expect any significant delay with it. We should be able to start selling the next batch of NXT on the 17-18 of January (but we start selling only when we know concrete date of arrival).

I think I have answered via the ticket. There is a complication for your order as the main order is under pre-brexit regulation and the upgrade is post-brexit. It is probably impossible to work out without any issues. It should be needed to cancel the main one and place a new order. But let's discuss it further via ticketing system.

we can hold the shipment and see if any Premium NXT right-handed left. If so, we can upgrade them, yes. Otherwise, it can be supplied from the next shipment (arriving next week)
