Hi there,
A couple of days ago I filed a ticket (#3691) for this but got no reply so since I see things are more active around here:
I noticed the other day that order #12443 (made on December 5th) was set as "completed" but I did not receive any notification (checked spam/junk folders, etc) via email with a tracking code like in my previous order. Would you be so kind as to provide me with it since I might have to hunt down the package in the local courier depot as they are overwhelmed these days?
