Hello all,
On November 30th I placed an order for two VKB UCM STRONGHOLD for TMW Stick and Throtlle. Both were in stock at the time. The website says that delivery typically takes place within 3 days for the EU. So far I have not received any delivery information and neither have I received an answer to my support ticket number: # 3609. Can someone please give me information about the status of my order? I'm in the same situation as you. I placed an order for a Gladiator NXT at Black Friday, and it hasn't been shipped out yet.
You can check your order status by logging into the VKB Europe website: https://flightsimcontrols.com/my-account/
You got a log in when you placed your order. If you forgot your password, just order a new one.
It's probably "processing". Hopefully they have the sticks on stock but are busy sending everything out from BF.
If we're unlucky, they sold us units that are still in transit. But at least we got our orders in

Thank you for you answer. On my Account the Order is still processing, but the only thing what i don't understand is why it takes so long for a Reply for a open Support ticket?

Hello,
yesterday I received my package with the StrongHold UCM for Thrustmaster. One of the brackets cannot be screwed shut because as far as I can see the thread on the m10 screw is defective(see Picture below). Can this component be reordered separately?

I have now managed to unscrew the defective screw from the nut. The holder is now held by one screw. Can I order this component separately?

Been enjoying it for a couple of weeks now, and must say it's the best damn flight stick i ever tried.
