It has over 2 weeks since the last the response to my ticket even though, i was told that the replacment parts for the Gladiator NXT should arrive the same week.
So i will ask here aswell, do you by now have replacment RF Triggers and replacment circuit boards for the A3 and A4 Hat in stock?
And if so, could i please get one of each?

Sorry for delay. We have now the replacement RF triggers and I will send the replacement for you today. It should arrive this week.
With regards of a sound for A3 and A4 switches it is related to the pushers and it is normal to sound differently.

Thank you very much! But since this is my first VKB Stick i dont think that the sound ist due to a pusher material change. Unless you snuck into my house during the night and switched them out? ;D
To reiterate the hat is only making a different sound(creaking) when pushing in the down direction(not inwards or any of the other directions).
Also the sound only developed a couple of weeks after i first started using the stick.
