how long does it take for an "support Ticket" answer?

and how long is the Wait just now, for a Gladiator NXT (China Express Airlift) - GNX Premium Right?

i hope not so long for your great product :D

Hello Veteran66,

China Express Airlift items are delivered to our store weekly. Usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. We order the weekly batch based on the placed orders.
If you placed the order on Tuesday, then your order will be dispatched most likely next Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope I answer your question
