VKBSIM-M-UCM-S-GL-001 plate installation?

I've just received a UCM-S-GL .
I've mounted the UCM stronghold part but there is no explanation about the correct way to mount the adapter plate for the Gladiator.

Anybody got a link to a manual or a video?
