Ticket processing times? - Revocation

Hello,

I opened a ticked on October 29th but have not received an answer till today, how long is the typical processing time? It is about the process of a revocation/return which I declared within the revocation period on October 29th.

Also while checking the ticket status today on my tablet I accidentally hit the "close ticket" button (big fingers, small buttons) and since there was no confirmation requirement I had to open a new ticket with the same text. Propose to add such a "confirmation for closing ticket" step in the process.

Hope i will receive an answer to my ticket till Friday.

Hello MarcusHan,

No worries, the most important to contact us within two weeks time since arrival of the parcel. If you do this you are entitled to return the item and get the full refund. If, of course, the item is undamaged and complete. It does not matter if we reply a bit later.

I have replied the ticket.
