Hello,

since there is no response on my support tickets and looks like the forums are the only way how to get some attention, I would like to know what is the current wait time until my order #11646 will be shipped ?

Hello Hypper,

Thank you for your order. China Express Airlift orders are shipped to our EU store every Friday based on the placed orders. Then we receive it on Tuesday/Wednesday and start dispatching.

I expect your order to be shipped this week. I have also replied in your ticket.
